HOME OF THE ORIGINAL 17-inch "CINNAMON ROLL PIE" made with cinnamon rolls, apples, cream cheese, pecans, brown sugar, butter butter butter!  (LOL) and sugar and spices and everything nice!  Ms. B makes her pie on all Holidays.  You should try her "Cinnamon Roll  Bread".

The fried pies...!!! are "HEAVENLY FRIED PIES".  No one can beat these fried pies, not even Bobby Flay. (LOL).  Here's some of the pies she makes:  Apple, peach, blueberry, cherry, sweet potato, blackberry, banana's foster...Sheeven makes BBQ FRIED PIES!

Jams and jellies are made on the premises the old fashioned way.  Amish style Apple Butter made in the bakery along with the homemade cookies, ciinnamon rolls, pies, tarts, scones, cheesecakes, bundt cakes, biscotti, pound cakes, brownies, breads, ALL occasion cakes, wedding, birthday, anniversary, ice cream cakes.  We even do Edible Images cakes.  We use fresh ingredients, real butter, real fruit, etc.  We bake to order 7 days a week!  So give us a call if you have a special need for some good ole fashioned baking.  Milk shakes are also available using only fresh ingredients.  Pineapple, blueberry, peanut butter, cherry, coconut, peach, raspberry, etc.

Hours 8:00 am till 1:00 pm *Thursday *Friday *Saturday *Sunday...so pull up a chair and stay awhile.  Enjoy the mountain view from the upper and lower decks.  Relax and listen to the Appalachian Porch Music.  We are located 4 miles from Unicoi State Park and Anna Ruby Falls!
