Fred's Famous Peanuts

Fred's Famous Peanuts have tried their hands successfully at many crafts and projects including stained glass, basket weaving and soft sculpture. Our forte, however, is definately peanuts- ALL FORMS OF PEANUTS: boiled peanuts, roasted peanuts, peanut brittle, and best of all, Fred's Famous Fried Peanuts. Naturally, there is more to do at Fred's Famous Peanuts than just enjoy the free samples we offer. Take your picture with the old folks (Life size soft sculptures) that are always sittin' aound the peanut shack or by the old wagon full of flowers. You may even catch a quick game of racquetball on famous Fred's court. In season, you can find apples and cider, pumpkins, and all sorts of mountain products. There are always new peanut products and crafts so you really never know just what to expect. Fred's Famous Peanuts opens with the spring blossoms and closes with the last falling leaf of Autumn.
