1 mile south of Helen in the historic Nacoochee Village sits the Nacoochee Grill in a renovated 1900 Farmhouse.  The trademark of this ultra-successful and popular restaurant is its "live fire" grill where they use oak, hickory, and applewood to spit cook handcarved Angus steaks, fresh gulf seafood, ribs and chops. Nacoochee Grill also offers catering.
