COST: There is no charge to watch the demonstration from the parking area; admission for tours is $3-12 by age group, plus tax.

DESCRIPTION: See corn planted as it was in the old days, with horses and mules. Weather permitting, Scott Hancock of the Nacoochee Valley Farm will bring a team of horses, an old fashioned corn planter, and friends who enjoy plowing the old way for a day of appreciating a time closely tied to the land and our animal assistants. Hardman Farm is located south of Helen, Georgia on the corner of Hwy. 17 and Hwy. 75. It is across from a gazebo-topped Indian mound, a popular landmark in the Nacoochee Valley.
