Temporary entrance on Hwy. 75 at the red brick building, 300 yards north of the intersection of Highways 17 and 75

COST:

The cost per person is $5 for the program. For those who wish to also tour the farm afterward, the total cost is $12.84.

DESCRIPTION:

Celebrate Get Outdoors month while enjoying a ramble through time on the grounds of the Hardman Farm, Georgia's newest State Historic Site. Explore emerging foliage, flowers, and stories of the people who enjoyed and used them. A special focus of this tour is Native American uses of plants. Weather permitting.

Hardman Farm is located south of Helen, Georgia on the corner of Hwy. 17 and Hwy. 75. It is across from a gazebo-topped Indian mound, a popular landmark in the Nacoochee Valley.
